Between Sizes?

If you’re between two sizes:

For a more fitted look: Choose the smaller size.
For a relaxed or oversized look: Choose the larger size.

For products specifically labeled Oversized, Slim Fit, or Relaxed Fit, we recommend reviewing the product description for additional fit information.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in every Gymora purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In their original condition
Free from stains, odors, or damage

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

When Will I Get My Order?

Internationally fulfilled items: Approximately 7–14 business days with our primary shipping options
